Two of the issues that the South faced after the Civil War were of course the reconstruction after most towns and cities had been burned down, and the South also had to think of new ways to produce the same amount of cotton without any slaves because they were now "free" people.

two problems that faced the south were reconstructing buildings towns and lives after the war. also reconstructing southern economy which took even longer now that the slaves are "free", and because after the north blockaded the ports now goods could be shipped to or from Europe.

One of the problems that the South faced were when the confederacy had to try to rebuild all their cities which were pretty much in ruins. The other problem that the South had was that they had to plan and figure out what they had to do to produce the cotton that they once had since the slaves were announced free.

One of the problems the South faced was reconstructing lives because they lost a loved one in war,and reconstructing buildings and even towns because they were destroyed and conquered by the North. Also Since the slaves were announced free they had to make a plan for picking cotton.

Two of the problems that the South had after the Civil War was over were most of the homes were destoyed by the North. So they had to rebuild the homes that were destroyed which cost money. Another problem is that since slaves were free the South had to find ways to produce the same amounts of cotton as they were doing during the Civi War

The Defeated South faced many problems after the Civil War was over. The overall problem was reconstruction, which needed to occur. The thought of rebuilding and starting a new life startled many people. Also, the South needed to learn how to cope with the loss of almost everything that had belonged to them.

Two problems faced by the south after the civil war are getting cotton and other crops and rebuilding their towns. They had trouble getting cotton because the slaves were now "free" and they had no one to pick/plant it. They had problems rebuilding homes because so many homes and buildings were destroyed in the war.

One problem the south faced after the war was that practically everything was destroyed. Most of the south had destroyed railroads and buildings. Many main cities such as Columbia were devastated after being used as a battle field. Another problem was now that the slaves were "free" they couldn't produce nearly as much cotton, therefore making much less money. Without any money people with loans couldn't repay them if the bank they owed was even open. The Confederate financial system was practically ruined.

1. Most battles of the Civil War to took place in the South. Most of the South's land was littered with dead bodies, scorched earth from fires and cannon. These things made it very hard for the South to rebuild because of the physical effects it had on the land.

Two problems that the South had to face was rebuling the land because of the damage that happened during the Civil War. It was harder for them to rebuild the lands becasue now that the slaves were set free they didn't have slaves working for them anymore. Also their were so many dead bodies all over the land so it was hard to get rid of them. The South also lost many things like money and buisnesses.

Two problems the south face after being defeated in the civil war was that they needed to work on reconstructing the homes and buildings of the cities such as Columbia which were used as a battle field. The second problems were that since the slaves were technically "free" the farmers and land owners did not have people to produce enough cotton to make money which had wrecked the souths financial system.
